⚙️ The Role

As a Solana Rust Engineer, you’ll develop high-performance security solutions for Solana, including:

• Secure smart contracts (Rust/Anchor) for fraud detection.
• On-chain monitoring tools to detect exploits in real time.
• Optimized indexing for Solana’s account model.

This is a hands-on role for engineers who live and breathe Solana’s security challenges.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Solana Program Development

• Build and audit gas-efficient, secure Solana programs (Rust/Anchor).
• Implement security best practices (rent exemption, reentrancy protection).

2. Security Research & Tooling

• Develop vulnerability detection systems for DeFi protocols.
• Research new attack vectors and mitigation strategies.

3. Cross-Chain Integration

• Work with backend teams to index and analyze Solana data.
• Optimize RPC interactions for low-latency monitoring.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years Rust (production-grade systems).
• 1+ year Solana/Anchor (shipped programs).
• Deep knowledge of Solana’s runtime, accounts model, and RPCs.
• Experience with blockchain security risks (oracles, MEV, flash loans).

✅ Nice-to-Haves:

• Contributions to Solana DeFi protocols.
• Experience with Sealevel, BPF, or Solana’s Geyser plugin.
