šÆ Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships
- Source and close deals with global consultancies to embed Stellar in Fortune 500 and government systems.
- Drive RFP responses for major blockchain initiatives (e.g., CBDCs, tokenized bonds).
2. Ecosystem Growth
- Advise partners on Stellar integrations (stablecoins, corporate treasuries, remittances).
- Align with SDF teams (Grants, Marketing) to launch joint programs and thought leadership.
3. Market Expansion
- Set geo-priorities: Focus on emerging markets where Stellarās low-cost rails shine.
- Track adoption: Ensure consultancies are hitting targets for live implementations.

- 3+ years in enterprise BD (fintech, blockchain, or consulting).
- Deal-making chops: Closed $1M+ transformational partnerships.
- Technical fluency: Can explain Stellarās consensus vs. Ethereum to a CFO.
- Global mindset: Experience in EMEA/LATAM/APAC markets.
