✨ The Role
As Product Lead, you’ll shape how the world interacts with ZetaChain by:
- Leading the ZetaChain Hub – the gateway for millions to explore our ecosystem.
- Designing groundbreaking interoperability-driven products (DeFi, gaming, social).
- Partnering with builders, studios, and protocols to expand ZetaChain’s use cases.
This is a hybrid role for a visionary PM who sees beyond single-chain limitations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy
- Define the vision for user-facing products leveraging ZetaChain’s cross-chain superpowers.
- Turn technical innovations (e.g., Bitcoin smart contracts) into intuitive user experiences.
2. Ecosystem Growth
- Advise external teams building on ZetaChain – from DeFi protocols to NFT studios.
- Collaborate with BD/marketing to align product launches with ecosystem growth.
3. Team Leadership
- Manage designers, engineers, and PMs to ship products that set industry standards.
- Establish KPIs and roadmaps for cross-functional execution.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 3–5+ years in crypto/fintech PM roles – shipped live Web3 products.
- Deep crypto fluency – wallets, DeFi, NFTs, onboarding pain points.
- 0→1 leadership – thrives in ambiguity and builds structure from chaos.
- User obsession – balances technical constraints with intuitive design.
✅ Nice-to-Haves:
- Technical/design background (Solidity, Figma, UX workflows).
- Entrepreneurial experience (founded a project or startup).
