The Role

We’re hiring a Product Director to build the most intuitive, premium, and real-world web3 wallet for stablecoin banking. You’ll own the product, hire the product team, drive the strategy, and take it from 0 to millions of users.

This is not a 9–5 job.

This is not for people who need “recurring meetings” and endless discussions.

This is for a doer, a finisher, a founder mindset in disguise.

You’ll report to the CPO and work closely with engineering, design, and growth to bring this puppy to life - at ridiculous speed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Day 0 - You nailed the interviews. Everyone left high-fiving.
• Day 1 - You skipped onboarding and shipped the MVP in 60 days - users post on X: _“holy sh_t.”*
• Day 60 - You didn’t just walk the talk - you also filled the missing seats. Now you and your team are unstoppable.
• Day 364 - You scaled KAST Wallet to 10M+ registered users.

While others are still "meeting," you and your team shipped and moved on to the next thing.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of product experience, including 3+ in 0→1 builds
• 3+ years in Web3 wallets; leadership
• Deep understanding of Solana, stablecoins, and web3 wallets
• Ruthless prioritization, relentless execution, and obsessed with simplicity
