✨ The Role
As Nova’s Marketing, Comms & Community Lead, you’ll drive USDS adoption by:
- Building a global Solana community (Discord, X, Telegram) passionate about stablecoins.
- Launching campaigns that position USDS as Solana’s go-to stablecoin for lending, trading, and savings.
- Partnering with DeFi protocols to integrate USDS and amplify Nova’s liquidity layer.
This is a greenfield opportunity to shape Solana’s DeFi future alongside Sky’s proven stablecoin infrastructure.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Community & Engagement
- Grow Nova’s global channels into hubs for builders and degens.
- Host AMAs, X Spaces, and governance discussions – be Nova’s voice.
- Turn user feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
2. Marketing & Content
- Craft viral threads, blogs, and newsletters showcasing USDS’s utility (e.g., “Why USDS > USDC on Solana”).
- Collaborate with designers/agencies to maintain a bold, cohesive brand.
3. Partnerships & Events
- Forge alliances with Solana DeFi protocols (e.g., Marginfi, Kamino) for co-marketing.
- Organize hackathons, conferences, and meetups – travel to key events (Solana Breakpoint, etc.).
4. Data-Driven Growth
- Track KPIs: USDS inflows, community growth, campaign ROI.
- Report insights to refine strategies and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

- 5+ years in marketing/community roles (DeFi, fintech, or Web3 startups).
- Deep Solana/DeFi knowledge – you understand LSTs, AMMs, and why USDS matters.
- Content wizard – turn complex topics (e.g., sUSDS yield mechanics) into engaging stories.
- Hustler mentality – thrive in ambiguity and build from 0→1.
