✨ The Role
As Head of Investor Relations & Customer Success, you’ll be the face of Solstice to hedge funds, family offices, and crypto-native institutions. Your playbook:
- Onboard whales: Streamline KYC → capital deployment for institutional allocators.
- Educate & retain: Translate stablecoin mechanics, staking yields, and governance into institutional-grade narratives.
- Drive feedback loops: Turn investor insights into product upgrades (e.g., custody flows, reporting tools).
This is a hybrid role—equal parts client whisperer, DeFi educator, and ops-savvy problem solver.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Onboarding & Growth
- Own end-to-end onboarding (KYC/AML, wallet whitelisting, fund flows).
- Represent Solstice at capital allocator forums and governance discussions.
2. High-Touch Communication
- Deliver performance briefings, yield analytics, and tailored market insights.
- Act as Tier-1 support for institutional inquiries (technical + financial).
3. Operational Excellence
- Reconcile daily/weekly investor balances, ensuring data consistency.
- Refine internal controls and workflows as the platform scales.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 4-7 years in investor relations, crypto trading ops, or institutional CS (DeFi/FinTech preferred).
- Deep DeFi fluency: Stablecoins, custody flows, Solana/Ethereum staking dynamics.
- Tools mastery: CRM platforms, blockchain explorers, Notion, data dashboards.
- Elite communicator: Can explain slashing risks to a CFO and debug a MetaMask wallet.
