✨ The Role
As Ondo’s first Data Scientist, you’ll build the data foundation for our tokenized asset ecosystem, combining on-chain analytics, DeFi expertise, and TradFi rigor. You’ll:
- Develop cutting-edge analytics for Ondo’s products (USDY, OUSG, Ondo Chain).
- Design data pipelines to track market trends, competitor activity, and smart contract volumes.
- Empower stakeholders with actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
This is a pioneering role for a web3-native data expert passionate about RWAs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. On-Chain Analytics
- Build Dune/Flipside dashboards to monitor bridge volumes, holder distributions, and product adoption.
- Analyze DeFi protocols, market makers, and competitor activity.
2. Data Infrastructure
- Design ETL pipelines for on/off-chain data (Birdeye, CEX APIs, subgraphs).
- Implement BI tools (Tableau, Metabase) for cross-team visibility.
3. Strategic Insights
- Support tokenomics modeling, marketing, and investor reporting.
- Automate on-chain accounting and risk metrics (collateral ratios, oracle feeds).
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 3–4 years in data science (1+ year in web3/crypto).
- Python/SQL/R mastery + experience with A/B testing.
- Deep DeFi knowledge (you actively use protocols).
- Data viz tools (Dune, Flipside, Tableau).
✅ Bonus Skills:
- Public Dune/Flipside dashboards.
- Experience with MEV, oracle feeds, or trading systems.
- Familiarity with tokenized RWAs.
