✨ The Role

As Crypto Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of CAIZ, fostering engagement across global Muslim and crypto communities. You’ll:

• Build trust in our ethical financial ecosystem through transparent communication.
• Educate users on CAIZcoin’s compliance with Islamic finance principles.
• Grow our presence in crypto markets while staying true to Fiqh standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement

• Manage social media (X, Telegram, Instagram) with culturally sensitive content.
• Host AMAs, webinars, and events to educate users on Sharia-compliant DeFi.
• Moderate discussions, address queries, and combat misinformation.

2. Content & Campaigns

• Create educational content (threads, videos, blogs) about Islamic finance + blockchain.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with Ramadan, Eid, and ethical investing trends.
• Track engagement metrics and refine strategies for growth.

3. Partnership & PR

• Build relationships with Islamic finance institutions, scholars, and crypto influencers.
• Represent CAIZ at global fintech and blockchain conferences.

4. Crisis Management

• Monitor sentiment and address concerns about compliance/security promptly.
• Uphold CAIZ’s reputation as a trustworthy, halal-certified platform.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years in community management (crypto/fintech experience a huge plus).
• Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles (Fiqh compliance).
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Proven success in launching community initiatives (e.g., ambassador programs, halal crypto workshops).

✅ Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and social analytics tools.
• Knowledge of CAIZcoin’s use cases or similar ethical crypto projects.
