✨ The Role
As Ondo’s first Creative Director, you’ll define and execute the visual identity of a blue-chip RWA platform, leading:
- Brand strategy (architecture, design systems, voice).
- Omnichannel creative (social, web, campaigns, sales enablement).
- Team building (scaling design processes, agency partnerships).
This is a hands-on leadership role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of finance and web3.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership
- Develop Ondo’s visual language (typography, color, motion) to appeal to institutions and DeFi natives.
- Build a scalable design system across products (USDY, OUSG, Ondo Chain).
2. Creative Execution
- Direct high-impact campaigns (RWA education, institutional onboarding).
- Produce web designs, videos, and social assets that simplify complex financial concepts.
3. Team & Process Scaling
- Hire/manage designers and curate agency partnerships.
- Implement cross-functional workflows with growth, product, and exec teams.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years leading design teams (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio showcasing fintech/web3 work (TradFi + DeFi projects ideal).
- Hands-on mastery of Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion tools.
- Strategic thinker who can align design with business goals.
✅ Bonus Points:
- Experience with tokenomics visualization or 3D/AR design.
- Network of freelancers/agencies for specialized projects.
