As Business Development Lead, you’ll shape the future of multi-chain ecosystems by:
- Partnering with blockchain foundations (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, etc.) to drive adoption of xLabs/Wormhole tech.
- Identifying strategic opportunities in DeFi, NFTs, and institutional blockchain adoption.
- Working directly with founders to expand xLabs’ influence across the Web3 stack.
This is a high-visibility role for a BD pro who breathes blockchain ecosystems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Forge partnerships with L1/L2 teams, DAOs, and infrastructure projects.
- Design co-marketing initiatives to amplify xLabs’ open-source contributions.
- Map emerging chains and position xLabs as their go-to infrastructure partner.
- Close ecosystem grants and technical collaborations.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years in BD/partnerships with proven blockchain experience.
- Deep network across chain foundations (EVM, SVM, CosmWasm ecosystems).
- Technical fluency – you can discuss cross-chain messaging and rollup architectures.
- Hunter mentality – thrives in founder-paced environments.
✅ Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with interoperability protocols (Wormhole, LayerZero, Axelar).
- Multilingual skills (Asia/EMEA language a plus).
