🚀 The Opportunity

Uniswap Labs isn’t just a protocol—it’s the liquidity layer of the internet. With billions in weekly volume across Ethereum and 8+ chains, we’re reshaping how the world trades.

Now, we need a crypto-native APAC Growth Lead to:

  • Embed Uniswap into local communities (Korea, SEA, Japan).
  • Turn degens into power users—from Telegram traders to DAO voters.
  • Bridge APAC alpha back to HQ to shape global strategy.

If you live in crypto group chats and know how to make “GM” mean “gasless swaps,” this is your role.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Community Domination

  • Rep Uniswap everywhere: Discord, Telegram, local meetups—be the face of DeFi’s top DEX in APAC.
  • Triage & amplify: Route dev questions, trading issues, and governance debates to the right teams.

2. Growth Hacking

  • Organize IRL/Virtual events (e.g., “How to LP Like a Pro” meetups in Seoul).
  • Partner with top APAC projects for co-marketing (think: Perp DEXs, L2s).

3. Intelligence & Reporting

  • Weekly APAC briefs: Track sentiment, competitors, and emerging trends (e.g., “Why are Koreans farming this new fork?”).
  • Feedback loop: Push HQ to prioritize APAC-specific features (mobile UX, fiat ramps).

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • Self-identified degen: Deep in APAC crypto (CT, Kakao, Binance TG groups).
  • Uniswap expert: Can explain v4 hooks, LP math, and gasless swaps in your sleep.
  • Community OG: Built/managed channels with 1K+ traders or devs.
  • Fluent in Korean + English (bonus: Mandarin, Japanese).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Trading chops: Has run MEV bots or managed DAO treasuries.
  • Dev-rel adjacent: Can debug a failed swap via Etherscan.
